PRODUCTION
Once you have ordered your exclusive Hasaria design, it will be confirmed and processed within 1 working day. The production of your design will take up 2-3 weeks from cutting the materials to your size and adding the luxurious laces.

Once the design is complete you will be notified and it will be dispatched!

*Become an exclusive Hasaria Member to contact us if you need your order by a specific date, all you need to do is sign up and email contact@hasaria.com that you are a member and you will get priority production.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 1-3 working days. International Shipping can take up to 10 days however it will be worth the wait!

Currently UK Shipping is free, however International Shipping has a fee of £35 which will have to paid at the checkout.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As the designs are custom made for you, you will not be able to return your order. However if you like to exchange the item please contact@hasaria.com
